• 2 clients work with one instructor

• Machine-based exercise combined with mat work

• Possibility to transition to group classes when you have a basic understanding of the exercises and the order in which they are performed

• You are expected to work more independently and to be able to set up the equipment.

• Instructor's approval is required to book a duet session
