About Ariel Jaime
Ariel is insatiably curious about our bodies’ potential and believes a healthy body supports a balanced and happy life. Ariel’s love of movement has led him to explore everything from modern and ballroom dance to rugby and martial arts. Having previously worked jobs sitting at a desk and also standing on his feet as a hair stylist, he appreciates how important holistic movement is for counterbalancing occupational stress.
Ariel did his first Gyrokinesis teacher training in 2004 and his first Gyrotonic teacher training in 2006. He’s been an enthusiastic and diligent student of the work ever since, attending 10 Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis teacher training courses thus far and working with 8 different Master Trainers across the country.
Ariel believes that Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis are for everyone - if you have a body, it wants to move!
